We built GalaxiaOS to prove something: a solo founder with AI agents can do the work of a 5-person team.
Not a chatbot. Not a "copilot" you babysit. Agents that own entire functions—growth, content, CRM, outreach, ops—and execute while the founder steers.
Here's what we learned.
Running solo is brutal. Not because ideas are hard. Because there's endless busywork.
Each task is small. Together, they're a full-time job *on top of* building the product.
We asked: what if an agent owned each of these?
Growth Agent — Finds prospects, personalizes outreach, tracks replies, surfaces hot leads. You set criteria. Agent executes.
Content Agent — Researches topics, writes, edits, publishes, syndicates. You pick the angle. Agent ships.
CRM Agent — Logs interactions, surfaces hot leads, manages follow-ups, keeps the system clean. You decide who to pursue. Agent stays organized.
Product Agent — Designs flows, writes specs, manages roadmap, runs experiments. You set the goal. Agent validates.
Research Agent — Answers questions with real data—competitors, markets, customer insights. You ask. Agent reports.
The founder doesn't disappear. You:
- Set strategy and pick objectives.
- Review agent work before it goes external (approve all outreach and spend).
- Make founder calls (who to pursue, what to build).
- Steer by giving direction.
Growth (4 hours/week founder time):
Research finds 12 high-fit prospects. You approve 10. Agent personalizes outreach. You review 5 samples. Agent sends and logs replies. You talk to the hot leads.
Content (6 hours/month):
You say "write about solo founder leverage." Research digs into indie hacker pain. Content agent drafts. You edit (30 min). Agent publishes and shares.
CRM (2 hours/week):
Every interaction logs automatically. Agent surfaces stale prospects. You pick 5 to follow up. Agent drafts personalized follow-ups. You review and send.
1. You stay in the loop.
Common mistake: agents run everything, founder disappears, it breaks.
Reality: agents execute. Founder sets direction. You decide *what* to build and *who* to talk to. You don't type 50 cold emails; you review the voice and the targeting.
2. Brand voice compounds.
Early emails felt generic. Once we built brand voice into the agent, response rates went up. Consistency builds trust faster than perfection.
3. Measure ruthlessly.
Don't optimize for "more." Optimize for:
- Lead quality (real prospects, not spray-and-pray)
- Conversion rate (of outreach, of demos, of signups)
- Founder time saved (are we actually reducing your load?)
- Cost per acquisition (is this cheaper than hiring?)
4. Founder judgment is irreplaceable.
We tried automating deal close. Doesn't work. Only you can spot the bad-fit prospect. Only you know which customers will churn.
Agents scale what you tell them to. You decide what "better" means.
5. Integration is everything.
Agents need to share data. When growth finds a prospect, CRM sees it immediately. When content publishes, growth can reference it. Disconnected agents = busywork you're back to doing.
Hiring a person costs $2–5k/month. An agent costs $500/month.
Hiring takes 3 months to ramp. An agent starts immediately.
A person hits a ceiling. Agents scale.
But agents aren't magic. They won't replace founder judgment. They're not going to close your deals. They're not going to *think* like you.
They will handle the typing, tracking, and pattern-spotting. They will escalate clean context to you. They will execute at scale.
If you love execution busywork, this isn't for you. If you're drowning in it and your real skill is judgment, this is exactly what you need.
We're proving this by running our company with it.
Early. Still learning. Still shipping.
If you're a solo founder or tiny team drowning in ops, come see what autonomous agents do.
Early access. Direct line to the founder. A cut of revenue you generate.
Your company, run by agents—not another tool to operate.
